1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Express delivery options are available at additional cost. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time which will be displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our Order Tracking page.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@yourstall.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, please contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed and we will file a claim with the carrier.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan and to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
