Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YourStall. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: digital products, downloadable software, gift cards, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@yourstall.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us at support@yourstall.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
